Delivery Information


We have hundreds of beds in stock and ready to ship. For the majority of UK postcodes, you may pick your delivery day as you go through the checkout process for in stock products. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange delivery when it becomes available. All orders to the UK mainland are delivered for free. After you place your order, you will receive an estimated delivery date along with your order confirmation, usually within 24 hours. Please contact us to inquire about stock availability.

All of our items that are delivered to places inside the UK are eligible for free delivery. Bed Rush uses our own fleet of vehicles and, in certain situations, a courier service at no additional cost to you. Bed Rush makes it our objective to fulfil your order and provide excellent customer service so that your bed purchase goes as smoothly as possible.

Please notify us of any problematic access points, parking, or delivery limitations to ensure that your delivery goes as smoothly as possible. Please ensure that you have proper access to the appropriate room in advance of your delivery. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to remove old beds and mattresses.

Next Day One Man Delivery Items

Our next-day delivery service is available on selected goods labelled “In Stock – Next Day.” When you order a next-day bed, you will be shown a calendar on which you may choose your delivery date. Our next-day delivery service is available Monday through Friday, except holidays, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please note that if you buy a bed or mattress for next day delivery, it will be delivered to your door by a one-man carrier service. This indicates that the courier will only bring your package to the selected delivery address’s front door.

Although we give estimates for shipping times, we cannot and do not guarantee delivery timeframes. Because certain suppliers have closure periods over the holidays, such as Christmas, lead times may be somewhat prolonged. Unless otherwise noted, all products are self-assembly. Multiple orders with free shipping will be delivered in one shipment; split-date deliveries will be invoiced appropriately.
Please note: We are able to deliver to the UK mainland only; regrettably we are unable to deliver to Ireland and the Channel Islands.

No Deliver Area and Postcodes

  1. No delivery to BT postcodes.
  2. Please note we do not deliver to Off-shore Islands,
  3. Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel Islands etc.

Extra Courier charges will applied on these Postcodes:

*AB, BN, BH, CT, DT, DD, DG, EX, FK, IV, KA, KW, KY, NR, PA, PH, PL, SA, TD, TR, TQ and Isle of Wight.

  1. All deliveries will be delivered from 8am to 6pm, all day delivery’s to Door ONLY.
  2. All deliveries are to Door only as couriers are uninsured to go into Customer’s property.
  3.  Some deliveries may take up to 7 to 10 working days.

Returns Information


If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us and we will refund the amount paid for the item less any applicable discounts.

Items must be unused, free of faults, and returned in their original packing, and returns must be communicated to us in writing within 14 days of the delivery date.

We are unable to accept mattresses that have been removed from their original packing for sanitary concerns.

We will reimburse your money, less any shipping expenses, after we receive and inspect any returned products.

Returns Procedure

If you wish to return any things, please notify us within 14 days after delivery. We’ll need your order number, the model name and size of the item you’re returning, and the date you placed your purchase.

You may return the products to our warehouse yourself, or we may organise collection for a fee of £50, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that this returns policy does not apply to things that have been custom-made for you or special order items, which may be subject to a 50% restocking charge.
