We hold 100’s of beds in stock for immediate dispatch.  For in stock items you can choose your delivery day as you pass through the checkout for the majority of UK postcodes.  For items not currently in stock we will contact you. So to arrange delivery once your order is in stock.  We offer Free Delivery on all orders to UK mainland. Once your order has been placed an approximate delivery date will be confirmed to you along with your order confirmation normally within 24 hours. Contact us to check stock availability.

Free Delivery is available on all of our products that are delivered to areas within mainland UK. We at Bed Rush use our own fleet of vehicles and in some cases a courier service to which you will receive no extra charge. Please be informed that we are unable to guarantee delivery at a set time of day; all times are estimates, and may alter depending on traffic flow, weather conditions, Van Breakdown, or other unforeseen events. We suggest making plans for full-day delivery.

When this system does not work as expected, we ask customers to contact the delivery company first; if the delivery was unsuccessful, the driver will leave a card and try to re-arrange a second delivery date; if this is not possible or arrangements have failed, please contact our customer services with the full details of the order and we will try to help.

Return / Replacement Policy:- Order Amendments:-

You can request a free modification to any detail during the first 48 hours of making your purchase. This includes changing the colour of the product and the delivery address.

Cancellation pre-delivery:-

Orders ordered online can be cancelled before delivery, but you must first submit an Item Return Request for Refund. We'll make sure you get a refund within 14 days of notifying us. Your order will be reimbursed to the card or payment method you used to place it.

Returns After Delivery:-

Beds, mattresses, and other big products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if you notify our Customer Service staff.

We cannot take any soft items such as (Mattress) beyond 14 days for hygienic concerns unless they are returned unused and unopened in their original packaging.

Refund Process:-

Any reimbursements will be initiated at the time of cancellation, however we regret that they will not be finalised until the returned products have arrived or been collected.

If you simply want to return the bed set and retain the mattress, you will only be repaid the price of the bed set; the price of the mattress will be removed from the total price.

Replacement:-

Items that have been assembled cannot be returned unless they are damaged or wrong; otherwise, they must be returned unused. If the item is damaged or wrong, we will need to verify this. Please realise that you are responsible for providing clear photographs before organising a return or exchange. You will be needed to submit photographs.

If you provide adequate documentation, we will replace any incorrect or damaged products for you. If you damage the item or use it incorrectly, your warranty will be voided, and we will not replace it. If the item is not damaged or wrong and you would like to return it, we may arrange for a collection through Xpress Courier for a fee of £35. Your reimbursement will be reduced by the cost of receiving the goods and the collection service.

It's critical to be available on the agreed-upon day and time when organising a collection service for damaged or malfunctioning products. If you fail to be accessible for more than two collections, you will be responsible for any further fees to collect the items. If you dispose of the item before it has been collected or returned, you forfeit your entitlement to a refund.
