Q1. Am I able to exchange my goods after delivery?

For online orders, In any inconvenience, you can return an item within 14 days of delivery. The product should be returned in original packing and should not be used. A collection fee will be charged to process the return. We are unable to provide this service to our in-store customers. For further information, please contact our Customer Services team.

Q2. How can I change or cancel part of my order?

If you would like to amend your order in any way, please inform us before delivery. Please note that certain goods may be subject to a cancellation charge.

Q3. What do I do if my goods arrive damaged?

Bedrush will never pass your details to any third party. If however, we need to arrange an independent inspection or delivery, we will ask your permission to do so.

Q4. Will you assemble my bed?

If you haven’t already thought about this please contact our customer services team to add our assembly service to your order.  Please note that this may affect your delivery date and that further charges apply.
